By creating an account in ASEE Reseller or ASEE Hub, you agree to these terms. The apps are operated by HT4K Innovative Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, Sri Lanka.

Accounts

• Give true information and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• You must be an adult running a business, or acting for one.
• We can block an account that breaks these terms or harms other users.

Sellers (ASEE Hub)

• Only list products you have the right to sell, with photos you have the right to use.
• Do not put your shop name, phone number or other contact details in photos or text. We remove them where we can, and we may hide a listing that contains them.
• New listings and changes to the name, photos, description and price are reviewed by our team before resellers can see them.
• Pack orders correctly and on time. Cancelled and returned orders lower your rating.
• Uploads may cost money. New sellers get free uploads to start. Current prices and plans are shown in the app.

Resellers (ASEE Reseller)

• You set your own selling price. It cannot be below the wholesale price shown in the app.
• Orders are paid by the customer in cash on delivery. Your profit becomes available after the order is delivered and the return window has passed.
• Refused or returned orders do not earn profit, and a bonus or profit already released for a returned order may be taken back.
• Do not make false claims about products and do not contact the seller outside the app.

Delivery and payouts

We receive the goods from the seller, pack them under the reseller's name and deliver them. Payouts are made by bank transfer to the account you saved, after you request them, subject to the minimum payout shown in the app.

Our responsibility

We work to keep the apps and website running, but we cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors. We are not responsible for losses that come from a user's own mistakes, such as a wrong price, wrong address or a product that does not match its listing.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will tell you in the app.
