Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your ASEE Reseller or ASEE Hub account and the information linked to it.

How to ask

1. Send us a message from the mobile number you registered with, or tell us that number. Say which app you use and that you want your account deleted.
2. We may ask one question to confirm that the account is yours.
3. We delete or anonymise your account details, product photos and recordings, saved bank details and notification token.

What we may keep

We may need to keep records of orders, earnings and payouts for accounting, disputes or legal reasons. Where we keep them, they are separated from your profile as far as possible, and we do not use them for marketing.

Before you ask

• Withdraw any money available in your earnings first. We pay it to your saved bank account.
• Finish or cancel any open orders.
