Privacy policy

This policy explains what information the ASEE Reseller and ASEE Hub apps and this website collect, why, and what choices you have. The apps are operated by HT4K Innovative Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, Sri Lanka.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, shop name (sellers), mobile number and password. Your password is stored in protected form.
- Products (sellers): product photos, voice recordings, names, prices, stock and descriptions you submit.
- Orders (resellers): your customer's name, mobile number and delivery address, and the prices you set.
- Payment details: the bank account details you save so we can pay your earnings, and your payout history.
- Social accounts (optional): your WhatsApp number, and Facebook Page details if you connect a Page so the app can post for you.
- Device information: a notification token, so we can send order and payout alerts to your phone.
- Website visits: which pages are opened and which app download button is pressed, including the campaign tag in the link. If we use Meta Pixel, Meta also receives visit data.
How we use it
- To run your account, list products, take and deliver orders, and pay earnings.
- To turn a seller's photo and voice note into a product listing. For this, the photo and recording are processed by an AI service from Google (Gemini).
- To check listings for contact details and to protect sellers and resellers from fraud and misuse.
- To measure which posts and ads bring app downloads.
- To contact you about your account, orders and payouts.
Who sees it
- Resellers and their customers never see the seller's name, shop name or phone number. Sellers never see the reseller's customer.
- Delivery partners receive the customer name, mobile number and address so they can deliver the parcel.
- Service providers who help us run the apps (for example hosting, AI processing and notifications) receive only what they need.
- If you connect Facebook or Instagram, what you choose to post goes to Meta.
- We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information while your account is open. Records of orders, earnings and payouts may be kept longer where we need them for accounting, disputes or legal reasons.
Your choices
- You can ask us to correct your information, or to delete your account. See how to delete your account.
- You can switch off notifications in your phone settings and disconnect Facebook from the app.
Children
The apps are for adults running a business. They are not meant for children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. If a change is important, we will tell you in the app.
